Illinois Exterminators is a referral service that connects homeowners with independent, licensed pest control operators. The most important thing to understand is in the first section below: when you submit a request, we share it with a partner operator so they can help you.

Information we share with partner operators

When you submit a quote request or contact form on this site, the information you provide, your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, the pest you are dealing with, and any details you add, is shared with a partner pest control operator serving your area. That is the entire purpose of the form: it is how a licensed operator is able to contact you with a quote.

We route each request to the one operator partnered for your metro. The operator that receives your request is an independent business. Once your information reaches them, their own handling of it is governed by their practices, not this policy. We share your request so you can be helped. We do not sell your information to marketing lists, data brokers, or unrelated third parties.

Information we collect

We collect two kinds of information. The first is the information you give us directly through a form: your name, contact details, ZIP code, and a description of your pest problem. Operators applying to partner with us also submit company information, including an IDPH license number.

The second is basic technical information collected automatically when you visit, such as your browser type, device, the pages you view, and general location derived from your IP address. This is standard web analytics data used to understand how the site is used and to improve it.

How we use your information

• To connect you with a licensed pest control operator who can quote your job.
• To respond to questions you send us through the contact form, by phone, or by email.
• To review operator partnership applications and verify licensing.
• To understand site traffic and improve our content and pages.

We keep quote requests and contact messages for as long as needed to connect you with an operator and to keep reasonable business records. We do not retain your information longer than there is a legitimate reason to.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@illinoisexterminators.com. Because submitting a form shares your request with a partner operator, a deletion request to us does not automatically remove your information from that operator's own records. To address that, contact the operator directly.

Children

This site is intended for adults arranging pest control services. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site or our practices change. The date at the top of the page reflects the most recent update. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
